To ensure a safe route for the race, riders and residents it will be necessary to suspend some on street parking and some roads will need to be closed. Full details of these and the timings can be found Tour of Britain travel information on the East Suffolk Council website

https://www.eastsuffolk.gov.uk/.../tour-of-britain.../

There will also be a rolling road closure in operation across the route for around 15 minutes before the estimated time of arrival until approximately 10 minutes after the last rider has passed.

All the residents and businesses on the route that will be affected by the on-street parking and road closers will have a letter delivered to them this week informing them of the disruption and there will be signage going up this week.

For the safety of the riders, spectators and public, any vehicles left in these areas may have to be removed and a Penalty Charge Notice applied. Please can you help share this information with your local community so that they are aware and can make arrangements to relocate their vehicle but also plan their day if they would like to come out and watch the race.

We also have a banner, some leaflets, posters and some cowbells available at East Suffolk House for you if you would like to come and collect them.
